Lincs4u is a comprehensive source of information that lists courses and providers in North Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas. This section of the website is aimed at young people aged between 14 and 19 and has an application form that students in year 11 can use to apply for courses when they leave school.
Who is it for?
All young people in North Lincolnshire schools will be given a user name and password in year 11. This will let them log on and look for courses and apply. There are other sections of the website aimed at those in year 8 or 9 who are choosing their options as well as those in college/6th form. There is also a section all about looking for work.

The Careers Team
Lincs4u is supported by North Lincolnshire Council’s Careers Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) team. The team provides careers information, advice and guidance to young people in North Lincolnshire. We work with young people aged 13-19 (and up to 25 years old for those with learning difficulties/disabilities) in schools, colleges and other settings. We also work with young people who have left education and are NEET (not in employment, education or training).
Our team of qualified careers guidance advisers provide targeted advice and in depth careers guidance to all young people who fall into specific vulnerable groups in all our secondary schools and colleges.
In addition we work in partnership with the following schools to help them meet their new duty to provide all students with access to independent and impartial careers guidance:
- Baysgarth School
- Frederick Gough School
- Huntcliff School
- Melior Community Academy
- Sir John Nelthorpe School
- The St Lawrence Academy
- The Axholme Academy
- Winterton Community Academy
